SAP SD Consultant required for an S/4HANA implementation.
Location: Remote + travel for approximately 4-8 days a month
Duration: 6 months + extension
Languages: English, with French or German
This strategic role focuses on optimizing sales and distribution processes by leveraging SAP ERP capabilities while minimizing excessive customizations. The role involves collaborating with business teams to implement best practices, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
Responsibilities:
• Standardize and streamline sales and distribution processes across business units.
• Ensure end-to-end SAP SD process integration for seamless supply chain operations.
• Provide expertise in SAP SD, including its interactions with materials management, production planning, and quality management.
• Oversee SAP SD solution implementation, from requirement gathering to final delivery.
• Govern SAP deployment efforts in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• Support and guide supply chain teams in adopting optimized SAP solutions.
• Manage critical SAP service requests and enhancement initiatives.
• Partner with global process owners to maintain SAP S/4HANA governance and standardization.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with IT leaders across business units.
• Contribute to enhancement projects aimed at improving supply chain processes within SAP.
• Stay updated on SAP developments and recommend relevant solutions.
